Neil Kirby

I am a Professional Coach – helping people find the things they want to do, be or have in life (their “Red Rubber Ball”) and helping them chase it.

I have a coaching accreditation from the Institute of Human Development (with Distinction), I am a member of the Association for Coaching.  I am also certified as a Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy®, leading edge thinking in personal change, and a qualified Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW – a pretty unique combination of skills and experience.

My approach is pragmatic, and straightforward.  I’m interested in helping you tackle the issues you face, so you can get on with your life.

I don’t promise a world where everyone is blissfully happy & everything goes right all the time, but it is possible to:
– be clear where you and your business are going
– work out the steps needed so you are committed & motivated to achieve them
– be comfortable in yourself and your capabilities
– talk to others in a way that’s constructive and purposeful
– recognise when things are not going well and do something to resolve it.

I have an adventurous spirit, enjoying skiing and scuba diving, and over the years have been whale watching, caving, aqua-balling, paragliding and have followed Hull City’s rise from obscurity to the Premier League.

I am currently learning to …. leave my mobile phone turned on (I’m told it’s not just for when I want to make a call!)
