This service has grown organically as part of our HR offering and includes; interpersonal disputes, personality clashes, disagreements over the direction or the purpose of the business, clashes of values and management styles that are seen as too aggressive.

Our interventions

Without being too grand, our basic tactic is to get people to reflect, talk to each other and find a way of communicating that is more constructive. This is then agreed as a way of operating in the future.

The type of intervention might be:

  • Improving understanding through a personality tool  such as Myers Briggs Temperament Indicator or conflict resolution tool such as MBTI or Thomas Kilmann Conflict Instrument (TKI)
  • Investigation into value conflicts using NLP and other psychological methods
  • Coaching of individuals
  • Training in giving feedback in teams
